This spacious, detached holiday home enjoys a great location just 1 mile from the village of Ballyheigue with its miles of golden sands. With a large open plan living space, this property makes a wonderful base for touring glorious County Kerry. This guesthouse is perfect for a family getaway.

All rooms and amenities are on the ground floor. The upstairs is closed off to guests.

The house has electricity and oil central heating. There is an open fire and oil filled radiators. The guesthouse is children friendly with a travel cot, high chair, and stair gate included.
There is internet access, sky and a dvd player for your entertainment. In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine.There is an electric oven and electric hob that you are welcome to use.

You will be met with a small welcome package on arrival and you have access to a fully enclosed garden and private off road parking. Sorry no pets allowed.

All linen and towels are included in the house. There is a hairdryer and an alarm clock available for your use.
